I have been slacking on this blog thing. I go through my spurts of posting and not posting. I need to do my best more frequently.

Painting!!

Working where I work I find myself doing so many fun things.







We painted a sheet to use as a table cloth for our upcoming mom 2 mom sale. We all took turns painting on the sheet and while others were waiting for their turn they painted their own picture. It was such a beautiful day out why wouldn't we go do something outside.

Painting can be messy but I'll tell you what, it's super fun!

My Today...

Almost every Tuesday my brother, sister-in-love, my mom, and my youngest brother go to my grandparents house to eat dinner, my grandpa makes a great homemade meal. Anyways, sometimes after we stuff our faces we like to go for walks. We especially love doing it when the weather is nice. And lately it has been here in Michigan.

On The Farm

I've never lived on a farm, so I have no idea what the responsibilities would entail, but I know it's too much work I want to do. So, cheers to all those cattle hauling, horse riding, cow tipping (wait a second) sheep herding cowboys! Well, if you have a farm are you considered a cowboy? Either way, it's a lot of work.

Story behind this photo is I went on a photo adventure with some awesome photographers, Tabitha and Briony. I can't wait for our next photo adventure!

Laughter

is the BEST medicine. So I've heard. iHeartfaces is having a contest on their community network where you enter your photos that express laughter, and I just wanted to share the ones I thought symbolize laughter. Do you feel laughter is being exemplified from these pictures?

Learning New Things

Me and a few of my co-workers went to a teaching conference in Grand Rapids. It was amazing. It was full of lots of good information, and fun workshops. I would definitely like to go next year and take some different workshops. The worst part was that they offered so many workshops but you could only choose 3 because you had only 3 hours and like there were 10 for each hour.

Here are the ladies walking to where the conference was. It was just a block away from our hotel which was nice. And the walk was only cold on the way there because it was kind of early in the morning.

This is one of the beautiful sites we saw walking just a block over. Well maybe it was more than a block because we had to cross this bridge.

If your a teacher and you'd like to learn new things and get new ideas this conference would be the thing for you. DO it!

Eternal Love

That's what I think of when I see my grandparents with each other. My grandpa and grandma have loved each other for a long time. They have been married for 58 years, can you believe it? And their still going! My grandpa will be 80 this year and my grandma is right behind him. Watching how my grandpa cares for my grandma just shows all the love this man has for his wife. It's amazing!

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for all the things you do and have done for your family! I love you both so very much!
